Boring, listess, uninspired, soft game. They played right in to the Wilds game plan and did nothing to change it. You can't lose games like this period.

A PP goal, an even strength goal and a shorty,
Just needed a penalty shot goal for the cycle.

Well ****... I guess I could ***** about guys who didn't play well, did stupid ****... this game isn't worth the effort.

Edit: Still top of the division *****ES!!!!!

Well, this game sucked. The Kings have not looked good certain times this year and that is concerning.

I agree with resting Carter too. He doesn't look like himself out there. He's clearly not 100%.

Kopitar being a -2 tells you all you need to know about this one.

Move on and win the next two important ones.

Especially against teams playing their back up, on losing streaks, and can't score on the pp. The Kings checked all those boxes tonight.

The lack of interest in discussing this game matches the lack of interest the Kings displayed on the ice.

I'm expecting a significantly different performance this weekend. And what to do with the back-to-back situation? Enroth against Arizona and Quick against the Sharks?

Would've gone with Enroth tonight.

Well, ****.

I was pissed much much more with the Ottawa collapse in the third then I was with this one. When it became apparent they ran out of gas about halfway one minute into the second, I knew it was going to be a long night.

Win two, lose one. Win two, lose one. Win two, lose one.

You know, I'm alright with that scenario. That plays out to 109 / 110 points for the entire season, and it actually plays out for the Kings the remainder of the season also at 109 points. That's four more than they have ever had.

So stop your ***** ing, ***** es. We are doing fine.

That's...some really interesting thoughts, and I would be stoked if the best were yet to come for Quick.

Ironically, I think if the team starts struggling, he's going to really shine on the stat sheet and change opinions.
