I won't get into a big argument about it because I love the Slovaks. BUT it was the wallowing in his misery part that I was addressing.

I think the Czechs like the call and the Slovaks don't.

That's what bugged me.. he was doing great in Philly.. getting points, getting minutes. He was fine! Then he left. I agree he was never going to win a rocket or ross trophy.lol

I am not sure about the 5+20 penalty, perhaps might be just a minor? But the refs were reviewing it thoroughly and they clearly saw a bad intent there. I would give just 2 mins minor for this for I am not a professional ref, so hard to say.

Hrubec's mistage was terrible indeed. I didn't was no complaint in advance, but: He is a very good goalie for regular league games, however his performance in Play-Offs/Tournaments have almost always been...meh.

What I must appreciate on the Czech side: Červenka's vision, Flek's terrific sped.
Slovakia: Most players have been great in physical battles and on the forecheck so far.

Try to imagine you're watching 2 teams you have zero emotional investment in - when you watch that replay, do you really consider that to be worthy a 5 minute major call? IMO it was either nothing or MAYBE a minor penalty.

No that knee penalty was 2 you are right. I am talking that the Koch KO should be a 5 and it was our 2penalty for almost nothing from Kempny. Completelly ridiculous call. I think its possible that refs maybe were aware and the 5 at the and was also overcompensating a bit.

But that 2 for Chytil was also weird, he didnt do nothing more then the other players in that tumble and was the only one to get a 2
