"Physical" upside picks are mostly always bad. Never saw it with him. Still don't.

I have not seen a lot of him, but what I saw is pretty meh. He had a good "engaged" game against Russia. Looked VERY passive yesterday and still looks passive today.

You can see the tools and that is what is frustrating to me.

Youngest player on the team though. Guys that age rarely dominate this tournament.

Laf made it clear and obvious there was nobody in the tournament within sight of him by like his 2nd shift in last years tournament. Not exactly getting that from Byfield.

How does Newfoundland produce so many good players? It isn't that wealthy of a province, correct me if I'm wrong, and it's literally an isolated island. You have to take a ferry in order to get there.

Bump Mercer up the lineup. McMichael line has been super underwhelming. Slovaks are collapsing hard on the slot so trying to sauce one in there isn't gonna work, look for high tips on a shot pass or blasts from the point. Forecheck looks a lot less energetic than it did at the start of the game, I wonder if they're tired given how few have played games at all.

Holloway is tailor made for this type of game, sucks he’s not in. Dach does well in physical games as well.

They have lost a lot of board battles when they get the puck deep .. They are hoping its easy.. also noticed on the rush they have the puck carrier and two guys hanging back looking for the pass so they can shoot it.. and no one driving the net..

Byram is very good, but he is trying to do too much. Drysdale is playing smarter.
