We could be playing Minnesota right now who can't score a goal into the Pacific ****ing Ocean while Martinez and Gaborik are injured. Instead we're getting killed in the first round.
 
That was ugly, I don't think the score told the story, Sharks dominated the Kings
 
Was there a new rule that shots from the blue line count double.
Kings shots seemed to mostly come from far away and wide.
Oh well
Lose one more then reverse sweep them again

It's not losing that bugs me, it's the complete ****, lackadaisical effort in a playoff game that pisses me off. Bailey and the fans acted like they wanted it more than the Kings did
 
Complete and total no-shows from Doughty, Kopitar, Lucic, Carter and Toffoli.

Kings have had some really bad luck with Voynov, Richards and Brown but this was probably going to be the Kings last chance as serious contenders until either the cap goes up or the league allows another round of compliance buyouts.

In order for this team to contend Toffoli and Pearson are going to have to really take the next step and Dean is going to have to find a really good #3 d-man without losing any of the current top 3 guys.
 
face it, the sharks are the better team. we deserved this fate especially when you tank the last part of the season. the only reason, we finished so high in the standings is bc of our OT record.

The kings are over-rated chumps
 
This might be one of the last Kings games for months. I'll take any Kings hockey, even crappy hockey.

We lost the first 2 games to St. Louis a few years ago and still won that series.
 
Major changes are needed. The team as it is isn't going to get it done. Embarrassing.

Lead the division for the majority of the season, choke it away on the final game, then get beat by our former backup goalie, who we included in a trade for a guy who's going to walk in the offseason.

Scuderi is trash, so slow, get Gravel in there, one of the fastest Dman we have and knows offense.
Scuderi has experience sure, too bad he literally cannot compete with the Shark speed
