I'm surprised by this list in that there's no Fins, Swedes or Russians. Didn't think Benn and Seguin are still top 10 in earnings.

This should quiet down the "sky is falling" Canadian few that think Canada hockey is dying. Also, correct Canadian players make up 43% of the league:

For anyone confused, the list posted is the 10 highest paid Canadian NHLers. I think the implication is 6 of them are in the top 10 but I'm also too lazy to check

You're in luck for next year then. Pettersson, Nylander, Dahlin, Pastrnak, and Barkov are all in the top 10. With Matthews and Jones also in there. So 3 Canadians in the top 10, and the youngest will be 29 before the next season.

With Canada's cost of living, this is a must, in a few years I believe that there's a chance some of them may even be able to afford a house.

Is this the average cap ? I’m pretty sure Panarin is top 5

Where’s Matthews and Erik Karlsson?

Bob also makes more than Price

This is some garbage list

I'm guessing tis actual salary.

Most of Matthews pay comes via signing bon us July 1st. Like 90% of it.
