What do you mean? He sniped two in first or second? game back before getting hurt again. He lost the momentum he never had this season. Just a throwaway year for him.

That's one game though. I really see nothing in his game. Last year there were times where he was good on the forecheck and defensively, I've seen none of that this year.

He has plenty of time to grow. Give him that.

What do you think Kravtsov will be? It’s popular to bash him now but lookin back at those GDT’s they tell a very different story…

I liked Kravtsov last year but he also didn't really produce for the flashes that he's shown. We haven't been able to develop any of our forwards since the late 00 early 10 draftees.

So frustrating. I really don't get it. Watching him at the world championships how could one imagine this would be the offensive outcome for him? there has to be more?!?!?! I figured even if skating wasn't top notch he would be able to be a power forward like Tkachuk. He's not even close honestly.
At least Laf you could say he put up those points against mostly scrubs in the Q and maybe that wouldn't translate to the NHL.

I hate to say it but agree with @EdJovanovski on this. He's just passive beta when he plays, at least offensively. Laf seems to at least try to be aggressive. That play where Laf fed him a perfect pass on a two on one and he passed it was just so Kakko.

72 and 15 just have absolutely no finishing skills whatsoever, would rather have brodz play over either of them

More utter drafting failures

This team peaced out when they clinched. I wouldn't read into any of this.

Also, I'm gonna be honest with you guys, it's probably not our year to win the Stanley Cup anyway. I would be thrilled if we won a round and we continue to build from there. We'll be back.

I'm less worried about long term implications today than yesterday but I did not want to lose 3 straight for the second time this year or end Montreal's 9 game losing streak. The scrubs played well enough to win but no matter how bad they were they were not a match for the worst "athlete" in professional sports history. Scratch that the kid line doing nothing is worrisome in terms of long term implications.

I’m not liking this at all - we look slow - we are a mess on the PK - we can’t clear the puck .
Our forechecking is non existent and our goalies are both guilty of weak ass goals .

Very concerned

Basically every expectation of this board has been whacked and completely out of touch with reality all season long.

It’s truly been a sight to behold.

It's not about how bad this team is. It's that we played in a game with the least talented roster we've had in a regular season game that I can remember and they played well and hard enough to win and one man decided he wasn't having any of it. I don't think he's throwing games but it was so bad it felt like he was. There's just no way someone in the NHL can be this bad and give up goals THREE times in the last minute.

We're not actually worked up over this loss, right?

Instead of two 1st lines and two 3rd lines, we just saw one 3rd line and three 4th lines.

Pretty lackluster effort. Jones looked good, which is one of my few takeaways here.

I'll also be glad to bid adieu to Strome. My only regret is we didn't do it at the trade deadline and get an additional asset.

Georgiev appears to have quit on the team and himself .. he looks I’ll prepared - and uncaring.

Great backups in any sport - stay sharp .
Backup QBs - the great ones are READY.
Great backups - Glen Healy are READY .

Georgiev is ready to LEAVE
