There is no coach in the NHL who was winning any playoff series with that garbage goaltending. Samsonov and Woll are absolutely trash. The very worst in the NHL

Can't disagree too much but that power play, or inability to adjust the power play gets him fired. All they needed was ONE or two more goals on the PP and they get through the first round. I can't believe that coaching staff couldn't get more done with the special teams.

When you can't score more than 2 goals a game, you are not winning jack. For us to win game 7, Samsonov had to get a shutout

Our PP was at 4% . Is that Sammy's fault as well?
No adjustments were made to the PP. No adjustments were made to creating more offense

We are like 1-8 in closing out games. Last 12/13 games we haven't score more than 2 goals

None of those are on Sammy or Woll

If there's a cop out, are the actual goallies.

Our forwards let down Keefe more than our goalies did

Todd McLellan talk is just bizarre to me, a guy whose pedigree is never getting talented teams over the hump, literally the last thing in the world this franchise needs at this point. Would be the Leafiest hire ever.

Yup. A "big name" that hasn't actually accomplished much. He was the coach for most of San Jose's failures, and did f*** all in Edmonton and LA. Never understood the hockey world's hard on for him, but you're right it'd be very on brand for Toronto

Samsonov is a loser. He brings down the morale of the team. Woll Is also not good.

Number one priority is a goalie this off-season. It was not firing Keefe. Keefe is just the scapegoat for Shanahan‘s incompetence.

Why Woodcroft? He took an Oilers team nowhere, he just got a couple very favorable playoff matchups. They're almost as top heavy, with equally bad defence and goaltending.

More like the Leafs had to play against their makeup and shelter him with a full on commitment to team defense because Sammy falls apart the second you let go of his hand.

For the first time in my life I can say with certainty, and it was clear to me there were fewer people on this board this year though I don't have quantitative data to reinforce this conclusion; if the Leafs re-sign Marner to an extension they will lose many fans.
