A Corsi event is a goal, shot on goal, missed shot, or blocked shot. Basically, Murray blows. It has nothing to do with his offensive deficiencies, I'm talking about his defensive deficiencies.

I wonder if the stats you're looking at could be sorted to see how many of these events are from Murray being on the ice during a D-zone face off...

Don't bother. Murray starts in the offensive zone more than the defensive zone and he plays against 3rd and 4th liners.

However, he has had a decent game so far, so hopefully the scouts are impressed.

Another Sharks game and I'm bored again. Actually have the game turned down and listening to something else. If there's one thing I wish it would be to change coaches just to get a new system in place. I am starting to think the Eastern Conference produces the best hockey.

I find this game quite entertaining.

I'm tired of the lack of scoring though. I know there is more to hockey than scoring, but when the Sharks haven't hit 4 goals in what feels like a month, the low scoring entertaining games becoming somewhat less entertaining.
