When I heard the news, I thought the same thing. Someone to hunt pucks for Smith with a little skill.Goodrow-Smith-Cardwell please.
To a full season of no hockey.Any updates on Musty? Where is this situation heading?
Do you know if his billet family obligated to feed and clothe him during this holdout? To a full season of no hockey.
He is apparently at home, not in Sudbury.Do you know if his billet family obligated to feed and clothe him during this holdout?
Sudbury has tons of reasons to trade him, including the fact that if they don't no serious NHL prospect will want to play for Sudbury again. In the CHL, players force their way to certain teams all the time and refuse to report to others. Musty isn't doing anything out of the ordinary, Sudbury is.@DG93 can see that range of emotions change by the minute, you think we are just joking but sadly i am not. That is where i think this is headed, as sudbury has zero reasons to trade him.

Yeah, that's why I figured you were kidding @Barrie22...I bet it will sort itself outSudbury has tons of reasons to trade him, including the fact that if they don't no serious NHL prospect will want to play for Sudbury again. Good. Skating and competing is always good.Supposedly Musty is going to play for Sudbury soonish. At least play hockey while his trade request plays out.
I also suppose he wants to make Team USA WJC as I recall he lamented that they didn't take him last year. Sitting at home, munching on Twinkies would not be a good look because why would Team USA take a guy who may not have game-ready fitness.Good. Skating and competing is always good.

Are these any good?
I read "He hopes the boards for his first shift" and thought this was going to go the path of Havlat. He hopes the boards for his first shift, picks up the puck, takes off into his own zone, shoots the puck into his own net, then flips off the Sudbury bench and demand they trade him for real this time.
