Sharks add 5 more to the hockey operations team, most intriguing to me is the new assistant general manager tom holy. Where did joe will get moved to then?

I just don't get the hate that Will gets. He has been with the Sharks since inception and will probably be until he retires. He does not have ambitions of becoming a GM, he generally helps with the business side of the organization. He does not have have any impact on the type of team the Sharks will ice, even as acting GM I doubt he single-handedly made decisions regarding the roster and was probably in contact with DW about everything up until DW finally stepped down. He will do his job supporting whoever is in charge as he has done for the entire history of the Sharks.

Will has no impact on the type of roster that the Sharks will ice.

This opinion only means that he’s worthless and not worth keeping to me. I don’t believe he does nothing but in either case, he’s replaceable and ought to be replaced. I don’t care if he’s been here since inception. I simply don’t think he brings in anything that’s a benefit to the team.

GMMG: "And you believed that story? You believed that?"

JW: "He said there was something in it for me, on my own."

GMMG: "I've always taken care of you JW."

JW: "Take care of me! You're my kid brother! You take care of me!? Do you ever think about that? Did you ever once think about that? Send JW off to do this... Send JW off to do that... Let JW take care of some Mickey Mouse night club downtown!... Send JW to pick Kunin up at the airport... I'm the assistant GM and I was stepped over!"
