I'm sure any pay differential in a large market wouldn't really do much more than cover the increased cost of living -- so there probably is no real reason to ever change jobs, unless you don't like where your living.

Changing jobs isn't always about money but in that industry the argument probably holds true that local networks find their guy and stick with them or they stick with the network.

Skinner is taller than 5'11" !?! Did not think that at all. Huh. I think part of watching lindholm and thinking he's short is the hunched over style he plays with that low lie stick. Makes him look smaller. Skinner looks 5'9"-5-10" to me, obviously I'm off.
