I'm sure those losers have very fulfilling lives.

The mains at this place are a toxic shithole at the best of times anyway. No reason to go near them.
I see alot of leaf fans who are posting on the main boards, white knighting other teams, who I have never seen posting on this board......

The bottom line is your goalie cant have a 4 goals against average in the playoffs and you expect to win
All good goalies make great saves and sammy does that but its the softies that kill you.
Any high school goalie would have stopped the second goal.

We got lucky in the first round that vassy played like shit,
I think the same thing...Vassy was shit and the shots were going in from odd places. We basically did to them what FLA is doing to us now. I can now see how TB was pissed that they lapse for a few minutes and we either tied it up or went ahead on fluky shots.

Why didn't Bennett get anything for grabbing Knies' head and smashing it to the ice? That's worse than the crosscheck to Bunting's neck. And why didn't Tkachuk get anything for that flying elbow to Knies' head? I thought the league has been cracking down on head shots. Oh right, it's Parros and it's a Leaf on the receiving end...I bet he rubs his hands anytime a Leaf commits an infraction, and fist pumps every time a Leaf is on the receiving end of something egregious...what a corrupt league.
If I am Dubas or Shanny and I have the boards approval...I would just lay it out there and show examples of what we did to get suspensions and what the other teams do consistently. Let the fines begin...but MLSE can afford it. Nothing will change with the behind the scenes begging that they are doing. Time to expose Parros' and his upside down enforcement.

Toronto is putting up quality shots and chances to score, especially in period 3, but Toronto needs to get back too bodies in front and deflections goals. Seems like right now with Bob, if he can see it, he's going to save it.

You need rebounds and body positioning in strong areas facing the net to pick them up. You also need pressure and battles and pile ups in front of the net and a lot of post whistle scrumming too. Just creates more noise for the goalie to contend with. Right now the Leafs are peppering shots (step 1) but there’s no harassment factor and there’s a lack of physically imposing your forwards in their slot area. There’s so much more they could be doing here.

If I’m MLSE I put up a rogues gallery in the media of Ontarian hot dogs who come in and play an ass hat game and make the building hostile for these guys coming home trying to steal the show. Toronto shouldn’t be everyone’s personal platform to shine in front of family and friends.

What was it, like 20 young drunk kids sitting in the rain trying to have fun? I wouldn't worry about what they were chanting. There were also chants about Boston.

Don’t you know those chants directly when yo God and he made Boston lose to Florida just so those 20 poor souls can have their wish?

Perhaps people forget that the 2021-22 Panthers won the Presidents trophy the year prior with 122 points.

Despite that regular season achievement they made major changes, none bigger that bringing in powerforward Matthew Tkachuk for the leading scoring Jonathan Huberdeau.

Many thought the Panthers would take a step backwards in Cup competitiveness but in fact they look to have gotten better as Tkachuk has been a big difference maker.

Leafs have struggled defensively and given up way to many quality scoring chances and its cots them being down 0-2 in the series.

There is a common denominator and I wonder what that is... oh yeah, the way the Leafs play.
There’s probably some validity to that. Both how they play and how teams defend them.

Bob made saves, but he didn’t make any that brought you out of seat. Hewas just steady and had no rebounds to contend with.

FL had a bad start, but since Christmas, the two teams had similar records.
