Nope. It might open for a day or two coming up as its going to be highs of -6(-24 low), -13(-23 low), -5(-8 low) which can reopen it.
But starting March 4th it will be highs of +2, +4, +1, which will probably kill the canal for the season as it doesn't get much colder than freezing after...and by mid March is historically over 0 for highs.
