It's weird/interesting visiting places in the US or even out west where they don't even have milk on the bar.
It's amazing how much getting a coffee somewhere and only having powdered creamer available will ruin your day.
I bit the bullet and bought The Last of Us Remastered. I loved it the first time through but I'm really not finding the 60 FPS to make much difference. The remastered character models look good in the cinematics bus otherwise it's definitely not that big of an upgrade. 60 FPS and 1080p has really become a ridiculously overrated standerd in gaming imo. The 60 FPS makes a difference in competitive online games with quick timing bit that's about it. It's not necessary in games like TLOU or Mario or Fallout or any other good single player driven game.
This time round, I'm definitely going to actually play the multiplayer and I never bought the DLC so that's how I'm gonna justify the purchase. Otherwise, damn. I really do think it's one of the all time great games. Lent my ps3 version to my buddy and I plan on spreading it around to all my friends until they've all experienced it.
And for the record, in terms of coffee, just milk. Don't get sugar in it. I also can't stand cream. It's weird/interesting visiting places in the US or even out west where they don't even have milk on the bar. 2% is best but I'll take skim even.

btw, Bulletproof coffee sounds like a horrible idea; replace a meal with cafeine, fat and no actual nutrients.
I've played the original one, but never the remastered. What's it like?
That's why I drink my coffee black. Never disapointed by the wrong type of milk, or lack of sugur/cancerinducingsweetners.

I think it's a Paleo thing.
This paleo diet thing sounds ridiculous to me
It sounds like it isn't based on much other than "well it worked back in the day!"
Fair enough, I can get behind that description
What I read about it made it seem like it was "let's go back to eating like cavemen did!"

Not exactly, the basic concept is...
Eat whole foods
Eliminate the foods that significant portions of the population have inflammatory responses to.
Re-introduce things to see what you actually react to - if you don't, feel free to eat it in moderation... if you do well, it's now a pain vs reward scenario
Continue eating whole foods and enjoy yourself.
How would you tell if you're reacting to a certain food?
I think I'm done with coffee
It's been three days now that I've switched out coffee for green tea and while I won't lie, it doesn't wake you up as much, I'm sleeping a lot better and don't need to be woken up by strong coffee
I'd recommend to it anyone who, like me, is very sensitive to caffeine
Vegan is probably the worst way to do it if you're going to the gym. Have to be 100% on top of your nutrition balances.
Also disagree with the 'ethical/moral' arguments considering how dirty soy farming is and how they pretty much help to prop up the supplements industry because of how many nutrients are not bioavailable until further up the food chain.
Not to mention that every vegan I know has such a pallid skin colour, it's just not attractive.
