Post-Game Talk: Sens @ Leafs | Be like a tree, and let the dead leafs drop. Let the winds of change carry you towards the light - Rumi

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Jake Sanderson was legit unbelievable.

What a performance by him, WOW. There's a Norris or possible Conn Smythe in that man.

Amazing defensive effort in general. You know we were excellent when the worst mistake(s) were made by Zub of all people.

Ullmark was stellar when we needed him to be. Massive last minute saves. I love ya Greig, but finish that sooner, bro, lol.

Just a terrific team effort. We outplayed them from start to finish. What a performance that was. If we can beat MTL, this would be one of the best winning streaks in years.

I think the story of the game, after Sanderson ofc, is Batherson. What a performance by him tonight, yet again, his forechecking and physicality has been what has transformed his game 180 degrees. Perron has been really good too.

Timmy, Sandy, and Greig draft was crazy cooking by Dorion, credit to him. Saved this team from a fate worse than the Sabres right now.

Getting your #1C, #1D, and key role player in one draft is pretty nutty.

As bad as he was for pro scouting and management he knew how to draft. If only grabbed Peterka too.

What a player Sanderson is.

Kleven too. I think he’ll be an important piece down the line.

Nothing better than beating the Leafs.

I’ve said it for the past 5 years or more. That buttery soft top 6 in Leaf land will never take them to a Cup. It’s one of their downfalls they have yet to figure out

Is it just me or is that a bit of a shot at his own team?

Those bounces aren't lucky, it's just how we play now and it's by design. He's making it sound like we're just getting bounces lol. Hockey Psychology put out a really good video on us couple hours ago:

Really glad we're modelling after Florida. Bodes well for the playoffs, and it's no surprise a team like the Leafs have trouble.

I could have went without seeing the first 30 seconds of that video.

They are perpetually too easy to play against, and perpetually making acquisitions to try and overcome it (Laughton+Carlo this year).

They need Gary Roberts.

Nylander is someone who could play for anyone. He is definitely not like his father.

Yeah I want a high offensive stomp on the Habs. With the good ole 4 goal in the 1st. Scrubs really still think they are better than us . Gotta shows the kids like Caufield and Gallagher how to STFU.

Exactly. Beating the Leafs is awesome but they'll be a playoff team. Habs are on the brink of that as well but beating them next game and the next time we play them as well possibly preventing them from making the playoffs would be very sweet.
