I don’t know what you remember but he was a top 5 prospect who got mono. Most people wanted to tank one more year to complete the rebuild with a D man like him. Cause he got mono he dropped to the leafs even after they made the playoffs and everyone was going crazy with excitement

Its unbelievable how useless Marner and Tavares have been vs bad opposition when you'd think they'd both want to get off to a good start this season. Zero ability to impose their will on the game.

A new GM would improve the team simply by reclaiming their cap space.

Rest of the team looks solid for the most part, Simmonds will probably always have good vs really bad stretches.
