Reminds me of that shitty weekend last year where we played MTL and TB on back to back to nights. It was after that weekend I knew we weren’t making the playoffs. IIRC, we were 3-4 points from W2 and just completely no showed the TB game.

But yeah, we’ve had a lot of last year-esque games lately.

Every year we have those games stretches, but this one feels like it hasn’t ended yet.

Still pissed about flushing points to those losers out west.

That’s another thing that’s very last year-esque. Horrible (regulation) losses to worthless cream of the crap, loser, suck teams like San Jose, Anaheim, Philly, etc.

Watching TB lose out west relieved that burden. It might have been Bill or Dano, but during one game they said the team had to change its mindset from being Hunter to Hunted. I think teams are bringing better efforts against us because they know we’re a good team, and not a ‘certain’ team anymore.

We have all the right players to win the next 5 games. But we’ll see.
