As the sens are in their Nation's capital, even if they did not have blood ties to Ottawa, they do have ties to it as Canadian citizen. So those 2 feel almost necessary. But, Snoop could do big things for diversity in the game as well and in a moderately untapped market in the US. So really the goal for the NHL should be for all 3 added to be in the winning bid, but adding at least 2 of them feels kind of necessary
