Hate to say it since USA mens have never won a WC or Olympic gold while I've been alive but I think Sweden crushes USA today.

Seen this story play out a million times in hockey. One team dominates and their goalie lets in a stinker, team gets deflated and it ends up a blowout.

That didn't take long.

McCavoy looked really bad there. Looked like a teenager. That's not his fault.

Getting that first goal for Sweden was huge after that initial US onslaught.

US starting gambling more and more - cost them the 2nd goal, and then frustration cost them the 3rd, gambling cost them the 4th.

Sweden definitely taking advantage in clinical fashion.

Swedes capitalized on every chance, USA blew every chance. Puck sitting on the goal line, Kreider misses the empty net, Gaudreau goes full Pejorative Slur and it buries USA.
