I hear the Devils play the whole Devils card really well. I hear their new response to a lack of fans is "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled is to convince the world he didn't exist, kind of like our fans at the arena."

like the hawks colors and also the off white. logo looks dated already though, its sharp but just falls dead on my eyes

This is actually awesome. Waaay better than that Kraken nonsense. This actually makes a bit more sense. Plus I love the brown. The Seahawks already have the 2nd color scheme, keep them seperate. You want to forge your own identity, not copy another teams regardless of the fact they are in a different sport. This is original and although the logo has a very modern appeal to it, it will get changed when it overstays its welcome. Great job!

I posted the brown version on another site and 90% of the feedback was that it ABSOLUTELY HAD to be blue, lime green and silver if it was a Seattle sports team.

I was just giving the people what the people wanted.

I have yet to see a blue mammoth. But I've seen a (fake) brown one in my hometown's museum.

Why these colours? Am I missing something?

Nice and original, different colour scheme and different team name then the generic stuff you see out there.

I think over half the NHL teams have either blue or red as one of their primary colours, so owning a different colour is a good strategy.

I don't get why everyone keeps saying that Seattle colors have to match the Seahawks. Do to Niners and Giants have matching colors? Do the Lakers and Kings have matching colors?

I like the brown color scheme. I don't watch much AHL but I stumbled across the skills competition the other day and saw the Hershey Bears jersey, and damn they look good. Plus they're unique. We don't need more red or blue jerseys.
