If it means we clean house, I agree. Either way, Bones kicking the players at their lowest moment is toxic af and nobody is going to respond well to it. I hope management has the good sense to realize it.

I mean he straight up said that this has been boiling since January. He's also repeatedly said that anything he says to the media he's said to the players. The players have said the same any time the media have taken any quotes from Bowness to them.

pity chevy didnt provide the honesty that bowness came up after just one season as coach, one now has to wonder about the stance or comments all these years chevy has been spewing forth about the team to the public.........not a good look any way you look at it..

Looks like Chevy has a lot of work and some problems in front of him and since he has an extension in his back pockets and not going anywhere maybe he should try and fix some of them and get to work.

The evidence is how fast the Knights get back into the defensive zone whereas the Jets forwards half ass it back to their end. Enough is enough.
True enough, team needs serious cardio and strength conditioning along with a lot more positional support practices.
If the guys won’t buy in to Bones’ coaching, hire a hard-ass, and one that Chevy will listen to..

Turns out Bowness felt the same way all year that we did, he just did a better job of pretending otherwise than most of us. Glad we finally have somebody within the organization willing to say how bad it has gotten. You know he isn't going to be shy about telling Chipman and Chevy what needs to change and who needs to be shown the door.

This might be the end of Bowness in Winnipeg (I wouldn't be surprised if he retires) but him being willing to call out the bullshit many of us have been so frustrated by for the last few years is a huge step toward change.

lol media was almost afraid to ask a question. Bones had more passion/pushback in that short clip than the Jets did all night. Feel for the guy.

I don't think they were afraid, it was just abrupt. There were definitely more than just local media present that missed their chance to ask their questions.

His frustration finally boiled over, bet he now feels a lot better letting all that out!

chevy will be hiding behind the curtain after that one, he’s the guy that built this gutless squad!

all this bullshit of building around character guys, Jets only have a few, Lowry, Morrissey, Barron and maybe Helly!
