But there is strong possibilities that the three of them will be in the line up next Fall.Caulfield is part of the core, Farrell will try to be, and RHP is not.

Farrell - Suzuki - Caufield = Regular season impact
Farrell - Suzuki - Caufield = Playoffs Zéro Impact
Caulfield is part of the core, Farrell will try to be, and RHP is not.
The great thing is that Farrell-Suzuki would be a great duo and they can easily add Anderson or Slaf to that line to give it physicality and speed.
Then you pair Dach with Caufield.
Not an issue at all.
RHP can become "Yanni Gourde" for Habs
Hopefully we can get a decent future 3C at the draft. Perhaps a Dach-type trade for a undervalued young center that no one sees coming (or PLD, but I'd be loath to overpay). I'm convinced that potentiating the scoring performance will proceed through rolling three top lines, 1A, B and C, (or 2A, B and C, for the cynical fans, along with a fourth that hopefully plays a heavy, defensively sound game) as well as an influx of defensemen with offensive acumen. I suppose that goes hand in hand with purging the team of a number of boat-anchor forwards. The great thing is that Farrell-Suzuki would be a great duo and they can easily add Anderson or Slaf to that line to give it physicality and speed.

Yeah except Suzuki and Cole were two of our best performers in the 2021 SC runFarrell - Suzuki - Caufield = Regular season impact

Small forward = playoffs bust.Yeah except Suzuki and Cole were two or our best performers in the 2021 SC run

In other words, try to avoid just stacking two top lines if possible, but roll three well balanced ones, but stack the PP1 .
And you know this cause you’re from the future?Farrell - Suzuki - Caufield = Playoffs Zéro Impact
Beck?
I doubt it.
I strongly think we already did in beckHopefully we can get a decent future 3C at the draft. I will never bet against that kid anymore . never thought he make it this far, he keeps proving everyone wrong . I am on his side nowAny particular reason why?
RHP has had a more productive professional career than Gourde at the same age, and seems to be lauded for his work ethic... While their games are not identical, at this point RHP is looking like a player that could grow into a very effective 3rd liner on a contending roster.
Curious what you see to suggest otherwise?
Or Dubois and Dach 2-3 and beck 4 .I think some people uderrated that prospect. He is going to be a very solid NHL player. I would dont put him in any proposal trade, like Farrell.
If Dubois coming... that would be Dubois or Dach for 2C and Beck a very solid 3C.
Hé is an hfdamous . Mere mortals like you and I can never understand that
Not yet. Not for a few years, I believe, until his offense ramps up.Beck?
I really like RHP, and certainly hope he is with us next year, and the year after that......thinking his age may be the reason we will not consider him part of the core at this point?Any particular reason why?

Hmmm still a little bit early to say Farrell and Suzuki will be that good of a duo that u can take out Caufield of Suzuki's wing. I mean Nick really had a drop in production when Cole went down. Would not touch this duo when both are heathy. Let's hope that Slaf develop to his potential, he can be perfect for this line, or draft Barlow with the Florida pick. The great thing is that Farrell-Suzuki would be a great duo and they can easily add Anderson or Slaf to that line to give it physicality and speed.

He should be using is shot more, but I don't really think it's in him as a player. He's a playmaer first and our best center (for now), he should have Cole on his wing. I'm not againts putting Dach back on this line too, if we acquire a center like Dubois. Farrell-Dubois-Slaf can be a good line aswell. I really want to see Farrell play in the NHL before penciling him as a top line option. I like his production and the type of player, but there's no guaranted with him IMO.I think Caufield will be better with Dach. Dach is the better passer, honestly.. and Suzuki should be using his shot more, so a natural playmaking winger like Farrell should amplify Suzuki's goal production.

IF we do land Bedard then use FLA 1st to move up abit and draft ReinbacherDraft Bedard and trade for Dubois. Put Dach back with both Suzuki and Caufield. Then do whatever it takes to find a RD stud when that opportunity presents itself.
Caufield / Suzuki / Dach
Slaf / Dubois / Bedard
Farrell / Monahan / Anderson
IF we do land Bedard then use FLA 1st to move up abit and draft Reinbacher
im far from an expert on prospects but from what i been reading hes a sure top 10 pickBob has him in the 20th spot at the moment. What makes you think he moves to 14 or lower? Cause he is a D man and this draft don't have any in the top 10?
How low do you think Reinbacher goes? 10-15 range at best?

Big mobile RD i doubt hes there at Florida's pick
when was Bob's list made im guessing its an old one?I'm on Bob's train. If Bob tells us with his end of season rankings, he is in the top 10, I'll believe it then.
He's ranked 20th on Bob's list and maybe he goes down to 10-15 range when his final rankings are revealed. Inside the top 10? That's a reach according to what we know today.
Bob's not perfect either but he's usually closer to the truth than any other list or subjected list you can find.
