This franchise is a disaster. Rotten from the top down. Hoping that one of Dolan's sons has his head on right and will do what's necessary when he has the power. Clean the front office out. Drury, our scouts, our coaches. Everything is rotten here. Can't draft, can't develop, can't play basic hockey. The team's culture is mediocrity. The asset management by every single GM in the history of this team has been abysmal. Loser culture through and through.

He dominated the World Championship tournament as an 18 year old playing against men. It was never a question of him not being ready.

Could he have had issues with diabetes and celiac that impacted his training? Maybe. But it's becoming more and more clear to me that part of the issue is between the ears. He's been spouting bullshit to the media for over two years saying he's not happy.

As a player, I wanted to keep him. But it's easy to see why he may not have many friends in the locker room and now being shipped out so quickly after talking to the media two days ago.
Thank you. I understand a little more now.

He hasn't been able to stick in the NHL. He's played the least amount of games (except for Tyler Boucher, who hasn't made his NHL debut yet) of anyone in the top-17.
Why look at the guys drafted ahead of him? We didn't have a chance to draft those guys so what does it matter what they're doing?

The guys drafted behind him in the first, only Wyatt Johnston has had any kind of real success and no one was clamoring for him at #16. Basically everyone had Johnston in the second round.

Othmann has also been injured all year. I'd wager he'd be on the club now if he was healthy.

Not surprised about the return. I think the nhl kinda realizes what he is, a third liner with an ok but unspectacular two way game. Poor speed, no physicality but a solid possession game . That isn’t gonna fetch much more than this. But what I don’t get is the need to trade him. He isn’t exactly blocking anybody right now? Hope it’s not drury being spiteful.

They have cap space and picks
Stay tuned cause this won’t be the last

Didn't make the club out of TC, did he? I thought he should've, but he didn't.

I get the feeling that it was PLav who pressed the eject button on this one....KK all but pointed the finger at him regarding being scratched this last time.
