After watching Beetlejuice as a kid I probably imitated him way too much. Dressed up as him for Halloween one year lol

I’m not sure how I feel about this. I know there’s no reason for a sequel, but Winona is a good actress. Ortega, is everywhere out of (to me) no where. I watched two or so episodes of Wednesday to see if my daughter could watch it(she couldn’t) and turned it off. Her playing a deadpan character, I’m not sure if she can act or not.
I think I’ll default to, why do we need a sequel.

That’s a great way to describe that. I use that to describe quite a few shows but didn’t come to that conclusion somehow.

What does it do
It is a procedural card game where you build your character by gaining traits and overcoming challenges through three "acts". Whoever has the highest score at the end wins!

Or you can join forces and try to take on Odium. If you don't know who Odium is, I could explain it to you, but it'll take a little while and I'll look like this by the end of it:

Grab yourself a box of crayons and strap in.

Many of Brandon Sanderson's novels are part of a larger series called the Cosmere. The Stormlight Archive (which the above game is inspired by), Mistborn, Warbreaker, White Sand, and Elantris, along with several short stories and planned books. Travel between worlds is possible, and quite a few characters show up in multiple different books/series.

In the far past of the universe, there was an extremely powerful, god-like being known as Adonalsium was killed or 'Shattered' by a group of people with wildly varying interests and motivations. It was broken into 16 different pieces, or 'Shards', of power. Each one with a different 'intent'. Ambition, Devotion, Dominion, Ruin, Preservation, Cultivation, Honor, and Odium, to name a few. These Shards were all taken in by the people involved with the Shattering, becoming vessels for the power each Shard contained. However, each Vessel is bound by the power contained in each shard. That is to say, the person possessing the Shard is compelled to use their abilities to carry out the Shard's Intent, which is explained by their names. Ruin wants to destroy. Cultivation wants to grow. Honor wants to act honorably, fulfill oaths, and basically be Lawful Stupid.

Odium, the overarching antagonist of the Stormlight Archive, basically hates the other Shards, and wants to destroy, or 'Splinter' them. He's done this to several already, including Honor, but while Honor is 'dead', it's power was further divided a la the Shards in the Shattering, and it's this power that the protagonists in the books (and the board game), use to resist Odium.

I join Odium
This actually is a potential option.

Finally caught up on Mando and watched the Ahsoka trailer. I like the tie in in the penultimate episode, and am looking forward to seeing how they do with the arc they are teasing in the trailer.
