I've seen those guy's videos. He is asking for it.

He also did ones during games 1 and 2 at the park watches. I do have to say that he has some balls

Is there a video of this?

What is Brown mad at?

You're aware that this is "Poorman" a longtime radio personality in Los Angeles formerly of KROQ back in its glory days?

He's a character...no question. He co-founded and hosted Loveline back in the day with Dr. Drew who still does it today.

His life is bit depressing to follow on facebook, that's for sure.

Ahhh, KROQ in the college years... Jed the Fish DJed a party at my House while I was at Caltech in those days... memories!

(Dragging this back on topic - 1993 Finals run!) :)

I'm sure there's video but that was one of the Sharks games where they were clowning it up at the end and they tossed him for essentially nothing. Basically he was (likely) pissed that they threw out some Sharks scrubs and Dustin Brown for being there.

Oh yeah it's the game 2, found the video. After that game, I barely watched the short recap. Revisited it just now and man do the Kings sucked or what, hehe. But Sharkeys were playing with fire, what the **** do you need to score 7 goals for. You knew Kings were in one of their menstrual periods in which they can't score more than two.

Jimmy Fox's reaction! I can't stop laughing everytime I see/hear this! :laugh::shakehead

I loved it. It was what we all were feeling, and most of the time color guys sit silent in big moments like that. Think about how hard it was for Eddie O to sit silent after the Blackhawks won their Cups. He let Emrick have his moment and he didn't say a word.

I love that the Kings gave Fox a medium (Kings fan-biased DVD) to let his emotions out. Bob let it rip too. No canned anything this time around - just raw emotion. The way it should be.

Back on my Southwest plane ride for the ages from Burbank to San Jose with Bob prior to the Sharks game 7 (an experience I'll NEVER forget), I asked Bob if he had remarks prepared for the Sharks game 7 if the Kings won, he said he did. I suggested to him that one of Kings fans all time favorite moments with Bob was that Detroit series OT win in '01 where clearly Bob had nothing prepared, he just let his emotion do the talking, and I hoped that if the Kings got to the final again, that he'd let 'er rip. He laughed, said he'd "probably do both" (a little emotional ad-lib right away followed by a written speech) and that's exactly what he did.

The Cup seemed SO far away (impossibly far) in that Round 1 series. The fact that the Kings got there (in what I'm convinced will be considered the greatest Cup run in NHL history as the years go by), Fox's emotional response was pitch perfect as far as I'm concerned.

Loved the call, from both Bob and Jim and will cherish it. Emotion deserves its place in that moment.

I like Bob and Jim's 2014 call so much more.

Jim Fox is also THE coolest guy in person. I have met him like 12 times and he hasn't filed a restraining order(yet)

After a billion years of winning nothing and then two of the last three Stanley's Bob and Jim can do whatever they want! Love it watched it a million times and it's still freakin awesome!

Jim "aka Poorman" is still very bitter over his show Loveline not only being taken away from him, but not getting credit at all for creating it and it carries over into everything he does today. If you ask Dr.Drew about it he won't even acknowledge Poorman had anything to do with the show.

He also still thinks that Bernier got the shaft in LA and really likes to sticks it to the Kings because of it.

Haven't heard this in a while. Love how people are still butt hurt after all these years.

RDS version, some great crowd shots here that you won't see on CBC or NBC feeds, some different interesting angles as well.

Awesome coverage.
