Once again, it's tkachuk. So lets say a person does this an falls into a goalie, is it not a penalty? At what point is it a penalty and not a penalty, sure you can argue somewhat of a weak call, but others could of been called before it. REgardless tkachuk is a clown and does this stuff constantly.

I don't disagree with the last sentence. But trends don't guarantee anything being the case. I don't see intent there. Whatsoever.
