He is messed up. The combined velocity of that hit was crazy. Expect him to be out for a bit.

It was legal, but still a dirty hit. Tkachuk knew the game is over

True. But I think that was partially Lehner not being honest about his condition, partially Vegas not having the doctors look at him objectively. Probably didn't want to know the truth and go with a rookie in Thompson, or Brossoit who was struggling.

Then he gets up gesturing on adrenaline and realizes his shoulder is f***ed. Hope I’m wrong on that, but the way he motioned with it and then didn’t anymore makes me think he hurt

Agreed, Eichel and Gudas both had incredibly self-inflicted wounds. Neither of those plays are penalties.
