3 goals in 24 games for $7.8 million from a star goal scorer. Effort is nice, but he gets paid to actually score not just try to score.

In fairness, on the Brown penalty MSL got away with interference and on the Doughty penalty Stepan slashed him three times. So, it's inconsistent all around.

Never seem to get to them is a huge overstatement for one of the top defensive teams in the league, regular season (4th) and playoffs (not sure, but up there). The Rangers were terrible on that goal and I said it in another post. But to say that the Rangers never seem to get to rebounds is just huge hyperbole. I know you want to defend Lundqvist, but no need to **** on the team for it. I honestly think that part of the Lundqvist luck is so that people can get their chances to **** on the rest of the team. That said, yet that goal was terrible by the skaters.

He made me look wrong when i specifically said he is playing like a dumb**** in the offensive zone? Pretty sure i am still correct there.
He also made 3 stupid plays, not one. Just because kreider is playing bad offense doesn't mean stepan isn't.

Let me know when i said he played horrible defensively. Oh wait.
