Id rather see them play smart than always go for the hit anyways.

Come on, outplayed? Both teams had periods of possession and chances. This is a close game and no team is outplaying the other.

We're fortunate to be up by one. LA was the better team that period.

Stralman is getting 5-5.5/million. We can't afford him.

Faceoff's were awful. LA controlled more ice. Rangers scored a PP goal (a plus). Stralman saved the Rangers from a goal against.

The goalies were a non factor in the 1st. The Rangers forwards were back checking so I saw a somewhat better result. The rangers need to pickup their game, a touch, if they wish to stamp their ticket back to LA.

After Pouliot's goal, NYR went 11:51 without a shot on goal, and had only 2 shot attempts in that span. But NYR lead 1-0 after the 1st.
