LOL judging by the comments that came after this one alone, I guess I'd have to agree.

Other than a quick peek at the draft, I usually take the summers of from this board. I can only imagine how ugly it got here during the whole saga and I can't say I'd wanna go back and read the threads.

Some people here act like he's their brother, but others here act like he kidnapped their dog. Craziness.

Don't expect the Leafs to put on a great performance tonight just because it's Dubas. More likely they see the Pens as a team out of the playoffs and mail it in until they're down by 3.

But as always, regardless of how it goes, the one sure thing is that it will be entertaining.

In any case, good to hear Lilegren is ready to go.

This does seem to be their modus operandi. With Jarry in net it will be tough to play rope a dope tonight. At least if they get blown out we can turn to the UFC to entertain us. Jones needs to play like an NHL goalie for us to win. Nothing special just not Samsonov sieve level bad and we will be ok.
 
So is Brodie out sick? Knies, Liljegren back in, Holmberg called up.

There is no GM in the history of hockey (to my knowledge) that was given a team on a silver platter with plenty of cap space; team on the upswing that had just finished 100+ points season that did so little with the team.

Dubas is the WORST GM in Leafs history as far as I am concerned

There’s a quite a list and I’m not sure he’s the worst but he’s on the Mount Rushmore.

I'd like to see Jarnkrok or Robertson up with Matthews and Nylander on the top line. It'll probably be Knies but I feel his playing style doesn't mesh well with the top line and he would do better mucking and forechecking on the lower lines.

I can't imagine that any team is afraid of facing Tristan Jarry.

Yeah, I went there. That second line would be a nightmare to control. That first line would be the scariest we have iced in a long time. The 3rd and 4th also work. Keefe has tried far worse things...

That first line would be magical. You saw glimpses of it last game when the blender was on. Insane point total potential. Keefe won't do it though. Not his style.
 
I don't think that Dubas would be mentioned on this board without the obsessive people who hate him...

Liljegren is back, Reaves is out, Cowan is practicing in the top 6 for Canada, and so is Minten... all is good in the world.
