Simply two teams at totally different stages. Their top guys physically are just on a different level. Boys battled & hung in there but looked a bit overwhelmed at times.

That 4th goal was an absolute killer too. Got it to 3-2 & immediately gave it right back. Took the wind out of their sails.

Rough day for a few guys, especially Bodin. Learning lesson for them.

Brightside. Surzycia was awesome. Karimov with a nasty assist on 12s goal. Love to see Bridgwater get his 1st. And I'm happy to see them stick with it. LDN was trying to bully them all day & they kept fighting.

This is gonna be a doozy of a road trip though. Kitchener Oshawa Brampton this week. Buckle up for some rough nights.

I'm not mad we lost because I expected it. But I'm pissed about the rude LDN fans in our area we had to deal with all game. I just hope when our fans go to LDN that there respectful.
Unfortunately got those fans in every fan base..they were respectful in mine. Outside all that damn cheering smh... (Joking lol)

PP killed us today to 0/6. PP has declined these last 2 games.
LDN has an impressive PK. Sometimes u gotta tip the cap. So aggressive. Cowan Barkey O'Rielly make u hesitant to take risks too. But definitely needed them to cash in to get a point today.

Kitchener has a younger team like us so we'll see. That game will probably come down to who makes the least mistakes. Oshawa is really good on paper but haven't been able to figure it out yet. Brampton will most likely be a blow out.

Yep. Issue is I think 17/81 won't be available in Kitchener. They aren't losing anyone. But of all the games that's definitely the one they have the best shot in.

Oshawa got Ritchie back and absolutely smoked Kingston..without 13 I'm feeling that game is also a blowout. Martone is gonna have 25 points lmaoo.

Brampton game will feel like a home game as sting fans may outnumber bramptons lol

Never know what teams show up so far this sting team has not quit for most part.
Difference today was our 16/17 year olds
little shy from some hits and pulled up in our end a few too mant times.
I thought Bodin, omeri weren't quick enough for London's forwards.
Going to be a tough week. I'd hope 2 points would b2 a great week.

Rude arrogant and disrespectful in an opponent's rink. Disgusting fans in general !

Sorry to hear this! Btw I do like what’s being built here in Sarnia. Your young team will do damage this year!
Thx LDN…
Right now, your top 6 forwards and top 4 D are pretty much better than our best forward, and our best D (particularly with Fischer out). It showed today. The Sarnia kids can compete with 3/4 of the league right now, and it will only get better.
Meanwhile, I’m thinking it might be your year… again… as painful as it is to admit as a Sarnia Fan. Our years will be next one and the one after.. we hope. By then, the many bad decisions in our own end, and all the gripping the stick too tight (which I saw a lot of today) will have been learning experiences.

Disagree, for top 6 and top.4 to be better then stings you'd expect a blow out but that was far from a blowout it was really 3-2 type game. The score was 5 (empty netter) but wasn't a 5-2 game at all.
Really think coaching and confidence in that coaching / our fear at times were all factors in todays result, Can't compete with top end teams if PP goes 0/6 just can't. On going concern we all have had all year when is something going to change.

I don't think coaching had anything to do with today's results. That's a bigger, faster, older team. LDN bullied as at times. Won a lot of battles in the dirty areas.

I thought they'd get smoked & they had it 3-2 in the 3rd. Bodin falling asleep & leaving his man open backdoor on the 4th goal absolutely killed them. Just a backbreaker.

I am really happy with the weekend despite the results. Outplayed the top team in the east. Hung in there vs LDN. Missing our best player & captain to boot.

This yr is all about progress and development. Seeing a lot of it so far. If what they've shown is them they'll be right in the thick of it for the 5/6 seeds, too. But as I keep saying these next 8 games could be a brutal run. If they can somehow find a way to get some points out of the 8 I'll be happy then hopefully get 13/17/81 back in the lineup + Franceschetti.

Then our 2nd half has a lot of home games & we have a much easier schedule for opponent level.

Loved seeing Bridgewater finally get his first yesterday. Really showed off his great skating ability. Left that LDN player in his dust before a nice shot far side.

Good puck skills, great skating, strong offensive instincts. Wish he got some PP time & played more when we've gone to OT to really show it, but like Karimov they are taking it slow as he needs some work defensively.

I think he's taken good strides though. Thought of all their rookies yesterday, Bodin included, Bridgewater was there best. Didn't shy away from hits. Used his skating. Made the right decisions. Think hes one of the guys who's stepped up so far without Fischer. Remain a big fan of his upside.

Bodin has been made to fill a role he cannot fill, that's coaching.
Is all the losses coaching no, but stuff like this affects the outcome more than not.
PP needs total overhaul unit.
Starting with units.

Sting in for a rough stretch here. With the Fischer injury and losing half of our offense in Edwards and Di Iorio to u-17's, I'm doubting we see the win column very often the next few weeks. PP is a complete lost cause at this point and it won't get any better with Bodin on it. Classic Letang trying to force something that will not work. You have Young, Barr, Hurt and Bridgewater who should all be on the ice during a PP over Bodin. I don't get what he see's here? Sting have been lucky to have the points they have despite the lack of PP success. This early season success in the standings isn't sustainable with a PP clicking barley over 10% after 14 games. Without those 4 OT/SO charity points we are under .500 at 6-7 so not as pretty as it appears. PP needs to wake up or this team is going to fall down the standings very quick. PK also sliding back down to a more earthly percentage which doesn't help.
