You're not in trouble till you lose a game on home ice.... tbh London has played to their ceiling, buzz haven't and were right there in game 2. I fully expect Sarnia to take both these games in Sarnia and go back to London 2-2. Enough of the east-west b.s get going north-south. Also I'd like to see Fischer play a little bit less.... he's been a liability out there in the first 2 games. Letang needs to be better with the line matchups and obviously end of game scenarios. Clean that up and we should be fine... I hope its an engaged crowd and not the sleepy passive crowd that it's been for most the playoffs.
Wish I had your confidence haha. Believe in this group, but winning both will be tough. LDN has been rolling thru these playoffs. Get a lead early tomorrow & the building should be buzzing & so should the boys. Get 1W before worrying about the 2nd.

Not sure I'd call Fischer a liability, but LDNs speed has created issues for him. Is a rookie at the end of the day. Wish Hoover was available. He'd really set the tone & bring the energy.

Need 36/73/86/96 to be at their best. No excuses.

I would agree with you if there was any evidence in any game played that Anderson was an actual physical force out there. He absolutely isn’t. Even when he attempts a “big hit” it ends of being a penalty and costs us. Anderson is a liability and not a force on the ice.
Not saying he's a force by any means, but he at least tries to throw the body & is an imposing body. The lack of physical play from our Fs has been a major issue. Is a +4 in 11 playoffs games. Been more than fine.

Sadly, I agree... Anderson is just so awkward.

I have been hard on them basically since the playoffs have started.... each game they have been slightly better... The ebbs and flows of hockey suggest Sarnia will come out flying... Sarnia's competition in the first 2 rounds were pretty bad while London played a really good Kitchener team. This is Buzz first taste of a real hockey team... may take a few games to get with the pace.

I asked the Knights head Office about this and here is their reply.

"I am just touching base as I was forwarded your email in regards to group tickets for the potential games 5 and 7.

Due to the demand for tickets (from all fans) over the previous weekend our group tickets and group rates have been closed down. Sting fans are more than welcome to buy tickets online or over the phone anytime as tickets for games 5 and 7 are available.

If you have any further questions about this please don't hesitate to ask."

So it wasn't just your Booster Group denied but all Group Purchases. Might not be the answer you like or wanted, but there it is...
Sounds like everyone getting in on the act.

Anybody want some tickets?? ;)
Just kidding… I’m not getting in the middle of that one!!
Tickets running at $220+ upper level; 440+ lower bowl. Good grief.

By the way as a senior fan it was nice they had the escalator out of service , it was quite a climb to the second last top row . I needed 3 periods to rest to get down.
There are 2 escalators and an elevator. Knowing how bad Phlyers knee is I'm fairly certain he didn't take the stairs.

People saying Bowen and Brochu are on the same level are ridiculous. If Brochu is out long term that's a huge break for Sarnia. Ur comparing a rookie vs a seasoned vet with like 4 shutouts this postseason. cmon. I know Knights fans heads are huge right now but use some common sense.
I don’t think anyone said Bowen is brochu. But Bowen is a real good goalie. If I were the sting I wouldn’t be thinking about who’s in net, I would be focusing on my own game and trying to get more traffic infron of the knights net,get more shots on net quicker, and get on rebounds quicker. Usually when the sting get a gift handed to them like this they decide to play like shit and not perform and let it go to waste.

Well. Probably the biggest game in franchise history tomorrow. An absolute must-win. I assume Bowen starts with such a quick turnaround. Will it be a series changer or mean absolutely nothing?

A lot will depend on if this team shows a willingness to get to the net. The rest of their game has actually been fairly solid (D play, zone exits, goaltending).. PP needs to get going & the T6 especially needs to step up.

Calling on our leaders in Voit, Burke, Pastujov, DelBelBelluz. Show you want it. Go out & want it. Would like to see new lines but wouldn't be surprised to see them stay the same. An early goal from one of those guys would be absolutely HUGE.

Gonna be one of the best crowds we've ever had. Can't wait. Time to make this a series.

When I arrived on Sunday the longer escalator on the East side of the building was not in service. No problem for me but surely they can ensure things are in working order on game day.

No Brochu tonight for London. Sarnia will never have the stars align for them as much as they are right now. The rest is up to the players. The lucky horseshoe has been placed up their asses so may as well giddy up and take advantage! Bowen should not be taken lightly but you can't ignore how good Brochu has been and you know he's been in the heads of our big guns. Hopefully this creates some more confidence for our guys and they start playing to their abilities instead of playing in the their heads.

Hate to be a visiting pessimist but Brochu out may be a bad thing. Sting players may just ease up thinking "we have them now" but in reality Bowen is not to far removed from Brochu's skill level. Hard sometimes to get kids to understand they still need to play hard to win. Hope Sarina is ready.

If we were up in the series I'd agree. If you can't come in fired up down 0-2 back at home then why are you even playing the sport.

It's gonna be pretty hard for Brochu to return in the series. I'm fully expecting him to try if we get this to G6, G7, but it looked fairly bad. Something in his knee or ankle popped/tore it seemed like. Wasn't like he was extending it for a save or fell awkwardly. Was a harmless movement which a lot times means the worst.

Such a quick turnaround (series is over by next Tuesday) that even if he just sprained his knee or ankle he'd still be very limited let alone if he did something fairly severe to it.

It’s all media games. They knew Sunday it was bad. Beat Bowen four times in five cracks or you’re golfing.

I have a feeling we may have seen the last game as a Knight for BB. If we have it's a real shame as I believe he is still undrafted and unsigned? Playing like he was if somehow the Knights were to have made it to the MC with him having incredible stats perhaps then someone would have forgiven him for his lack of height? For this reason I hope it's not as serious as it appeared?

Yah it would definitely be a shame. I re watched it when I got home because I didn't see what happened & it looked like he started crying talking to the trainer.

Think he knew it was fairly serious or it at least felt serious. Heart broke a bit even as a Sting fan seeing that. Never wanna see that, especially for an OA & it potentially ending their Jr career.

Hopefully, his play up to this point has earned him a contract.

Put up or shut up time tonight. Knights were up 3-0 in 2019 and lost to Guelph but I’d bet my bottom dollar they’d never let that happen again.
An absolute must-win.

I hate to think of the consequences of losing to the Knights back-up goaltender might have. Confidence levels could deflate severely. As that old nursery rhyme goes: All the King's horses, and all the King's men..........:crossfing

I skateboarded for 20 years. I’ve sprained my right ankle….15? 20? times. Like purple from my toes to halfway up my calf multiple times. It’s tough and after the first 2-3 times it was over. It’s easy to re-injure and was never quite right. I wore my skates 1/2 size small, SUPER tight and often still wrapped my ankle to play. If I ever went to play basketball or skateboard, I had to wrap it super tight every time or I was probably gonna sprain it again. It’s not even really that painful anymore but when it goes…I know it and I know it’s 2 weeks or more before I’m doing ANYthing remotely athletic. Brochu might not be 6ft 6 but I’m pretty confident he can stop pucks at the ECHL or AHL level. Hopefully this doesn’t affect his opportunity to prove that too much.

Can’t suck me in to that one. Your #2 is very very good. Sting are gonna suck next year anyway. It’s all or nothing, starting tonight.
