Agree completely. He will be in their system somewhere. We really don't have any trade pieces that's the problem. Our biggest asset Rymsha is going to be with LA.

I really don't think we will get much for Ruzicka. He's went completely MIA in the play-offs for us and was horrible at the WJC.The likelihood of recouping picks with so many 98’s getting entry level NHL deals has been reduced greatly . As it stands the team might get next to nothing for all of its 98s .
The most likely way to re stock the cupboard now is to trade players like Ruzicka at the deadline if it’s clear cut the team has no chance .

We had two exhibition games and Donnie Darkness has already come out. I get that you have a problem with him but OMG, give the kids a chance.I really don't think we will get much for Ruzicka. He's went completely MIA in the play-offs for us and was horrible at the WJC.
I'm expecting a massive year from Leufvenius & Kamerrer. I think Reesor is going to be an absolute gem for us as well.
Problem with who? I'm stating facts. Let's hope he plays extremely well or else we have ZERO trade piecesWe had two exhibition games and Donnie Darkness has already come out. I get that you have a problem with him but OMG, give the kids a chance.

Totally agree. The ZERO trade pieces statement is just ridiculous. I would love to see them re coup some high round picks because management seem to be making some very good picks particularly in the last couple of drafts. The 01 class looks like it will be the heart of the team in the next few years.I believe that we have a few trade pieces to recoup picks. Salinitri, McGregor, Ruzicka, Franco, Josling, Hugo, Calvas, Grima, and Eliot.
Agree, but trading any of them indicates bailing on this season totally (which may be the right strategy by late-December). I also agree with ...ImP that 21’s play plus his import status make him harder to trade than a North American draft pick.Totally agree. The ZERO trade pieces statement is just ridiculous. Let me clarify myself however first I would like to say trading Hugo would be a massive mistake. He played exceptionally well for his first season in NA and played a massive role for us in the playoffs. Now for what I meant is really there's no trade pieces we have that will give us a big enough haul to be worth trading as well as many teams won't see maybe more than 2 of our players worth trading for (One's the team should consider trading) I really have no clue how many teams in the league will be in the need for a O/A especially one's that won't be key components to making a long run in the playoffs
Sting Sign Calvin Martin: Sting Ink Free Agent Forward Calvin Martin – Sarnia Sting
Pretty sad this organization is signing Q rejects. Normally that's where junior players go when nobody else wants them. However I am very happy for him. I know he earned his spot on the team and hopefully this is the perfect fit for him.
nice save with the backhanded compliment on Martin. i think he will be a good asset.. Not quite the same as the other free agent Martin but i am sure he will have a regular shift. As for Ruzika, you need to swap imports... to make that work. And while he did not score in the playoffs in the first round, it does not mean he did not have chances. Goaltending rose to the top unlike others. Unfortunately, when you have weak draft a few times, the cupboards are bare..Sting Sign Calvin Martin: Sting Ink Free Agent Forward Calvin Martin – Sarnia Sting

Martin played well for the Greyhounds but was stuck buried on a deep talented team. He will be good for you- and great in the dressing room.Sting Sign Calvin Martin: Sting Ink Free Agent Forward Calvin Martin – Sarnia Sting

He'll let in a minimum of 3 goals. We'll end up trading him for a pack of smokes and some McDonald's couponsHugee game for Hughes coming up on the weekend... management has some big decisions in goal, I say go with the younger guys and TRY and trade Hughes
