You know the drill. Age cutoff 25, NHL games played cutoff 40. Poll will close after 2 days unless the results are incredibly lopsided. Last year's rankings will be in parentheses.

2. Will Smith ~90% (#1)
3. Sam Dickinson ~95% (NR)
4. Quentin Musty ~49% (#3)

7. Filip Bystedt ~34% (#5)
8. David Edstrom ~54% (NR)

This is the point where things get especially hazy for me, though there are still a number of intriguing guys on the list--so I'm not about to take the "Don't make me choose" option just yet!

While I'm tempted by Coe and Svoboda, I'm going with Furlong here based primarily on what I saw of him in the World Juniors. That looked like a player who, while not a guy who will bring offense, might just have enough in terms of his skating and passing to be able to execute zone exits at a decent level in the future.

And beyond that he seems to know how to defend and has leadership qualities. Even if he doesn't make it as an NHL regular he could be a very solid organizational depth guy who offers professionalism and a solid level of play to pair with future defensive prospects with the Barracuda.

Voted for Wetsch but on second thought Lund probably has the highest trade value of anyone remaining as a recent 34th overall pick who has been decent enough in college hockey.

It's all "don't make me choose" from here. Just a big tier of who knows and probably only one of them will hit and it's impossible to predict.

Havelid and Wetsch are the only ones left that I can see being NHLers down the road.

Tempted to say Jack Thompson, who looks like he has bottom-pairing potential that he'll soon hit. However, it feels like he was a throw-in for the Duclair trade, so maybe there are serious questions about his game.
