Does anyone know Andrei Loshko a F for Niagara 6’2 190 scoring at over aPPG an OA Import Is he a potential fit. Never seen him play. 4th rder out of Seattle not many teams have room for a OA Import if Niagara levels out they might want to develop some younger prospects which is better in the long run.
The struggle with this is he takes up 2 spots. Usually teams that are going for it may not want those 2 spots taken up. Also may not be worth as much if taking the 2 spots up- he passed through the entire QMJHL waivers I don’t know if he will get a lot of interest here in the O

If he wasn’t an OA I’d say they’d absolutely be in on him. Tough to say. Maybe they try and give it a shot if Niagara’s asking price isn’t too high? Just thinking I don’t believe you have a ton of assets left to spend after the M cup last season

Misa I doubt makes the NHL next season their is another haul. Epperson, Hay,will fetch a few as well. Don’t want to a chance Zayne is NHL or AHL bound next season. Trade him at max value has to be a couple teams that need his skill set.

If he makes Calgary gets hurt, or not playing well, he can’t rehab or improve his game in the AHL if has played to many NHL games. I get he can’t go and just play AHL and been wrong before it’s a coin flip if he comes back.

He is more talented than a lot of depth guys in the NHL right now for sure. Only problem is he is pretty frail and needs to work on the defence. If he bulked up 15-20 lbs and worked solely on defence this year and didn’t worry about scoring a single goal I think we could easily see him in the show next year. Will it happen? Time will tell

Been waiting for Igor to join the team. He is going to be a beast, last year he spent time in the KHL. I don’t think it will take him to much time to adjust to NA Hockey. Just being with the boys is beneficial and learning Chris Lazary’s systems. Can you imagine Willis Misa Chernyshov.
Will Sag be able to compete with the best? Our F group could use 1 more ideally and 2 D but not enough picks. If we can continue to score and Oke plays like he can it is worth a shot only if we trade Parekh. Team needs assets now and the future. He can provide both. Time is going to tell, DD will have to tighten up the D for any realistic chance JMO.

If you trade Parekh, there is no going for it. Its either keep him for a run or you trade him and write the season off. There's no having it both ways.

If they were to trade him this year, use those acquired assets to acquire the replacements/upgrades they’d need and then Misa sticks in the NHL next year? They would be in the basement for a full cycle and a half.

Exactly. If you move Parekh, commit to building assets back up. Willis, Mangone. Keep Misa to have his name called at the draft and to draw people in the second half. I wouldn't it like because I think this team can compete but I'd understand.
