Double-Shift Lasse
Just post better
I've lost track of how any of this relates to Joey. Suffice it to say he's turning into a mutha****ing, shut yo mouth manbeast rright in front of our eyes. And I love watching it.
Let's do it again.

Predicted 11 goals for Joey before the season. I appreciate that I was wrong.

Well you must note that in 1889 Mika Mandop, 8th base for his Cricket team the Neon Bullets, was going into his 3rd season after two disappointing seasons. In that third season he was good, so I think Joey will be great.

The woman in the article was my 9th grade english teacher... holy cow thats awesome.
Dust man, Ryan is like ice jesus. faster than all those superstars. #wordDo folks think Johansen has his peak year around .8 ppg (as this year averages to) or 1.2ppg (as he's been playing lately)? If its the latter he could be easily more valuable than anyone in his draft class, because he also has those attributes you listed.
Johansen is not in Crosby's league, at least not yet. He was gasping just trying to keep up with Sid the other night.
Its funny, just 2 years ago defense and center depth were seen as the ultimate weaknesses on the team, now are seen as big strengths.
Two games in the past two years, and you call it a struggle? History suggests that if anything, they're good at keeping leads. Minus the last week. It's our supposed strength, but let us not forget we struggle to hang onto leads and keep the puck out of our net.

What seems to making RyJo so special is his intelligent approach to the game. He really shows smarts on the ice in addition to his skill. It has taken him a few years to develop, but he is the whole package.
Seems to be developing into a much more complete player than Nash.
So what is RyJo's next contract worth?
I said it a few weeks back, but its pretty important for the future of the franchise so I don't mind repeating myself. We sign Johansen long term now and save money. Or we go next summer for a bridge contract and you'll be paying him $8 million a year long term.
Right now Im guessing a 3.5 per with a 2 year deal. Bridge contract
Not even close. It'll be at least 5 mil per.
