he looks way smaller than 178cm, the KHL and MHL list his height as 174cm. Won't be surprised if they are a bit too generous with it, though. Is he really that short? I doubt he is his listed 178 cm atleast

Yeah, they say, Michkov will go with SKA to away series.
over/under 3 point game for Matty? It looks like he's going to play the next game for SKA in the KHL tomorrow. The team lost 6 previous games.
over/under 3 point game for Matty?
over/under 3 point game for Matty?
Playing a bad team helps.Hmm, is this a coincidence SKA snaps their losing streak and records a huge win as soon as Michkov is recalled and Marchenko given more icetime ?

So close2 points so far, it's still 10 min to play.
SKA is having it's worst season historically(for obvious reasons) and they are still mirroring Neftekhimik's record with sometging like 90-70 G/GA while Neftekhimik sits at 70-90 and Neftekhimik has a losing record. So comparing two teams it's pretty obvious. Neftekhimik is not the worst in the league and I haven't said that, but they are where they usually are, a fringe playoff team above the ususal bottom feeders. They also sometimes have good games against top opposition. Not this time obviously.Neftekhimik is in the playoffs zone actually, 7th in the East.
Alas, just 2 assists for Michkov. Big regress after 5 goal game.
Does he really have to waste 3 seasons in the KHL after his draft with no way around it?
Morozov and Marchenko were sent down to the VHL, so Svechkov and Chibrikov were sent down to the MHL. Despite the fact that Chibrikov is PPG+ in the VHL, and Svechkov looks pretty solid as well. Probably all others are too old or coaches wanted to test Chibrikov, Svechkov and Michkov line.
Tbh I don't think Bedard at any point has distanced himself from Michkov, and there are off-ice circumstances that may affect their draft positions.23 with Michkov/Bedard could shape up like 01 with Kovalchuk/Spezza where the Canadian center was the favorite to go first and as the draft got closer it became apparent the Russian winger would be the better player and picked first.
I'm not an expert on current soviets leagues but would I have it right by saying that it's set up or ranked this way.
KHL
VHL
MHL
and if so what is the gap in the quality of the teams in the leagues?
there seems to be a ton of variance in the MHL from here.
