Its awful.

Even our first home game comes on a Saturday night after we play IN Seattle Thursday night.

Absolutely horrendous schedule to start the season. I can't even be mad at the NHL because supposedly the Flyers requested to start the season with this Western Canada trip. Sucks for the players and Flyers fans (first 4 games all start at 10 PM Eastern).

Depends who is in net for the flyers. If it's Ersson then I doubt McDavid goes nuts. Never say never, but less likely.

He's bound to contribute more at some point, as he's getting moren engaged in the play and comfortable with his teammates. TOI showed Torts isn't afraid of using him and keeping his promises so far.

Sure but Michov is almost a year older and Bedard was doing that last year this year they aren't close and Michov will always be older.

I think he will be a very good player BTW but not generational like he was looking at the U17s back in the day or whatever tournament that was.

Bedard is an incredible talent but played w absolutely no structure / boat loads of ice time w zero consequence for defensive deficiencies .

He was bad last year defensively; my point was if Michkov struggles their similarly I don’t see Torts looking past in the same manner ..ie benching or curb minutes / deployment etc. That didn’t happen with Bedard ; kept on trotting him out like a show poney . Bedard is awesome im simply suggesting the situations aren’t super similar.
