1+1 in the tournament after 2 games. He could have couple of goals more but he has lacked some finish in the tournament. Hopefully the flood gates open for him after getting one in.

kakko reminds me of Peter forsberg, stylewise and just a bunch of stuff actually the fact that they both play/played with short sticks.

To those who where worried about the lenth of kakkos stick.

At this level you have to know how to handle the puck even if it doesnt come right on your tape.

Pass wasn't perfect but it was still good enough to get a better shot off. It just looked like Nyman wasn't even anticipating a pass.

He processes game so quickly. His play on powerplay has improved a lot. 5on5 making constatly good decisions by far his best game on this tournament and he was our best forward in first game.

He looks really good at 17 but it will be hard for any player to have better career than Selänne.

I am not worried, Kakko doesn't seem like a guy who doesn't know how to speak English. I think he is just shy and doesn't believe in his English skills.

Btw, Tolvanen looked very good after he was switched to play with Kakko. Cagehead Kakko makes 3rd year player look better..

If he's using a f***ing translator, he doesn't know how to speak. I don't think there's any way to downplay it.
