Here it is, Button's list on TSN, where he gets 4/5 for everything except compete level at 5/5 . . . and is rated 9th overall in the 2015 draft. I'm pretty sure that was his highest ranking.

It's possible, but he's likely going to be a rookie when the Sedin's are in their last year or even gone already. Seems like he would be a very nice fit with his skill set though.

Kid's a sniper. You can see why some guys had him ranked really high. Would indeed be very scary if he can gain a step. Even if he doesn't it's a good chance he'll pot 30 in the NHL with that shot.

He has the best wrister in college hockey hands down, gets it off so fast too. It has really been magic watching him play along side Nick Schmaltz and Drake Caggiula, such a fun line as they have so much chemistry together.
