It would seem that Kane's camp understands the situation.

All apart of the process nothing to see here
Absolute max I would sign Kane for is 3 years 7 mill, would prefer 4 years 6 mill. But if he plays like he can in the 3 year deal he could probably sign another 3 or 4 year deal and reach that 40 mill plus his agent says he is worth

I finally did some digging and found out why Dubas did this trade. It’s his favourite song by this goalie

If I put this video on the Leafs board, do u think I get a few warnings

Based on past experience I’d say the chances are greater than 100%. Nerves are sensitive over there (and on other boards).

Is it me or is there a lot more free agents this year than usual. I feel like lots of teams are not qualifing players that you’d think they’d want to keep. Holland seems to have quite a few options and targets to go after that would fill out the roster. I just hope that the scouts are up to the task to figure out which players to go after. Unfortunately I have a gut feeling that Holland doesn’t have the mental stamina to work multiple angles at the same time and that he’ll get tunnel vision will certain acquisitions.

U never know, Toronto people might love this song. She left Nova Scotia years ago and went to Toronto . We traded her for future considerations. Come to think of it, Nova Scotia still got nothing for the trade from Toronto,
Go figure

SanFilippo says the Flyers will be buying out Oskar Lindblom to clear up some space to maybe make Gaudreau an offer. Also trying to move van Riemsdyk, obviously.
I wonder if they are willing to take back any money on Provorov and trade him?

According to Kaplan, the price for Chychrun at the deadline was a young roster player, top prospect and a first round pick.

Based on that, I wonder if you could swing Foegele, Broberg and a 1st.

Young roster player is probably more Yamo than a guy deemed a cap dump by most

So I watched Campbell's Top 20 saves of last year, and I can see one thing in common for every save he did. He moves VERY fast to get to the other side of the net when he is out of position. Like I've never seen Smith move as fast as him, and he's not as tall as Smith and Koskinen, but that mobility could be what the Oilers need. I also saw that he had to have his defenceman bail him out on 5 of the saves. So as long as we shore up our defence with 1 or 2 more defensive-minded players, we should be more solid than last year in net.
And it sure looks like Nurse, Ceci, Bouchard and (probably) Barrie are here. Not a lot of own zone without the puck help out the goalie skillset. Rolling back Kulak and going with a kid would be a big missed opportunity to improve the group.

Would rather chase a #2A guy in UFA who might be able to cover for Bouchard’s mistakes, play tougher minutes and push everyone else down a spot.

Don't think Holland is moving Broberg, that was his off the charts pick and he wants to see it through. He is going to live and die on Broberg IMO

On a side note I got my like button back, look out now fellas
