Maybe that first bit is the key. This was a scum bag move in a way. Maybe Carrier picked the spot he went to, which makes sense since he played in Quebec, grew up there, and probably likes the area. He is a Francophone

Yeah I agree. If Savoie is coming up, he should be glued to the top-6 for a decent chunk of games. The way he has to earn it though is by producing at a high level at the AHL. Which he isn't. If he can't at that level, he's not going to be able to at the NHL level.

Need to give him a good opportunity for sure. Yeh the AHL production is concerning, but it's still early days and the Condors are one of the worst teams offensively. So not time to sound the alarm bells yet I don't think. Although I will say, I wasn't exactly ecstatic about his profile when we got him.

Preds fans say that Carrier has been really bad. I'd bet that he's just being dragged down by the whole team sewering. His floor seems like a RD Kulak, which I would have liked
