Play Skinner more and hope he remains steady. Goaltending is often a crapshoot in the playoffs anyways.

Best case now for next year is they sneak into the 8th seed or are on the playoff doorstep at deadline time preventing them from dealing the expiring deals they have, some of which would be very attractive for buyers.

Yeah I mean if you're the Flames I don't see how you can really sell if you wanted to. The 'core' is locked in for a long time and for big dollars. They don't really have a choice but to bank on some of their key pieces being better next year when they're a little more settled in.

Definitely shouldn't be adding irrelevant garbage like Stetcher though lmao.
