Yup, has talent but all these head cases end up being more Tylenol than they are worth.Nikushkin is a head case but was probably the type of player they could of acquired. Lets see the cost.

The thing that would worry me with him is him bailing in the playoffs like he did to the Avs twice. He’s kinda a risk when you’re capped out though.
The Oilers players' concierge would gain a lot of work.Nuke would’ve been a great add at that price, shame we couldn’t do it
Plus we can get some of the finest nose candy in Canada from Fort Mac to get him ready for the playoffs.Nuke would’ve been a great add at that price, shame we couldn’t do it
He’s also older, locked up long term and coming off a sub par year. I don’t think he’s the player he used to be for one reason or another. Risky contract to take on.The thing that would worry me with him is him bailing in the playoffs like he did to the Avs twice.
Ingram was out of shape. Hadn't played in a year as well.According to Woodley from ingoal magazine- Ingram had the best underlying metrics of any goalie available. He will also have a full summer of training. Don't sleep on him
I say keep him unless you are getting a LD back with size that can replace him in 2-3 years but can play sheltered 3rd pairing now. Staseny isnt bad but without nurse we have a huge hole. His contract is no were near as bad as every one making it out to be esp with the rising cap. You won't be able to replace him for 6 million now but hfoil know better...
I would still take Burns on this team in a heart beat. Suggested signing him last year and was told I was nuts.-Avs dismantling their storied forward depth due to cap and still only being able to run Kulak-Malinski as a second pair + 79 year old Brent Burns
-Stars (probably) losing Robertson to the East and still being squeezed hard by the ceiling
-Panthers giving up their best trade chip for a 60ish point winger with no starter
-Tampa losing a top four PMD for nothing
The window is wide open for Stan, can he avoid falling out of it altogether?
Avs free up cap space
He just really seems like one who is unlikely to play in Canada. Especially when there is a younger version of him in Booch.I would still take Burns on this team in a heart beat. Suggested signing him last year and was told I was nuts.

Burns was better than I was expecting him to be last season, I think he also signed for cheaper than I was expecting.I would still take Burns on this team in a heart beat. Suggested signing him last year and was told I was nuts.
Division rival and all that so I doubt it.Imagine Avs adds Robertson
