I’d imagine there isn’t much of a market for him and then you add in the shortlist of teams that he would accept a trade to. It would be very difficult to move him at full cost

Oilers need to be stubborn on this. He's got value and with the cap rising his salary is looking more plaitable every year.

I don't know about Kirby Dach. I watched Montreal in the playoffs and he was often benched and also made some glaring defensive errors as well. Montreal fans on their board were often calling him out in their GDT.. Not good enough to be top6... and not really an effective defensive bottom 6 player who can penalty kill or anything either.

I think we could do better than Dach.

Habs were getting 15 (?) shots a game.
