Watching it again. The Roman stretcher job was a mistake IMO. They should of forced him to gut it out for the whole match despite his ****** cardio and potential bad chants.

It wasn't really a bad beating (Dean and KO beat each other up harder and both walked out and came into this match). Roman just looks like a total chump.

Plus he totally no sells it when he comes back. He is 100% recovered when he comes back at 29. Wrap him up or SOMETHING. Watch KO and Dean sell.

And if one of the reasons they took him back was to avoid bad reactions when AJ got tossed, KO, Dean, Bray and Brock came out then that should make you rethink pushing Roman as the top babyface, no?

The Styles Clash is clearly happening in the WWE with the way they teased it. They're just going to actually build up to it and do it when there aren't multiple men in the ring already.

Watching KO eliminate AJ and be a pro heel. Why isn't he getting the push? I don't get it.

Pretty much every person he locked horns with got a pop in the match. The dude is money, why not roll with it?

You have a out with his feud with Dean, and could of pushed him into the title picture or a feud with Brock (which is more believable as he isn't jobbing as hard as Bray has been lately).

Now IDK what they are doing with him. Is Sami up for good? Is he going to keep feuding with Dean for the IC belt? We going triple threat or 4-way with Dean, Sami, AJ and KO?

Just missed opportunity to me. Easily could of left Dean as the number 2 babyface with the IC Title ready to start a new program, and start KO's push out of the mid card.

I don't know you could of started a feud with a heel AJ and Dean, Roman/HHH, and a money title match with Brock and KO. Have Bray retire Taker.

That card just comes off as better to me.

Loved how Kevin was on the ropes with Jericho right after eliminating Styles and all you hear is Kevin go.

"Bye AJ"

Guy never has a bad match, and produces top quality at everything. They need to do him better.

It was absolutely the perfect way to do it, and KO was GOAT at it. Doing the pose, "welcome to WWE" "Bye AJ"

What confuses me because he is just so good, and he is getting better. How many brass rings does he have to grab? He also pulled double duty and blew the house down against Dean.

My way him and Dean would be maineventing WM for the title.

How the hell does anyone expect Owens to come out early in the rumble and stay till late after being in a last man standing match and going through 2 tables? That would just make no sense.

I thought it was owens, too. But apparently it was harper.

It frustrates me that you have arguably the best and most over pro wrestler since the Attitude Era with an insane contract and they're pissing away the tail end of his prime years to keep forcing Roman Reigns on us.

Brock Lesnar feuding against the Wyatts... why? Who cares? The Wyatts are jobbers to the stars. I'm sorry but they are.

Why are they pissing Lesnar away? Put the strap on him for a year or two and just let him murder challengers and put on amazing matches. The problem with Lesnar is believing anyone except maybe two or three guys in the company could legitimately take him in a fight is absurd. Even tonight watching throw around the Wyatts like bean bags makes me wonder why they want to waste a Wrestlemania with that?

But I guess we're going to be forced to Belie' dat.

Does Lesnar really care? He's getting more dime for less grind.

Brock's elimination killed the crowd.

Roman actually woke them up a bit, but not how Vince would of wanted (he was booed the whole way, and cheered whenever someone almost tossed him).

HHH got almost no reaction. That is really bad for your surprise #30 entry, and the stare down for your WM main event (which also got no reaction). Bray and HHH's stare down got a much bigger reaction.

This can't be defended, this is bad.

That AJ Styles introduction was my favorite one since Jericho debuted in WWE. The opening notes of the southern church organ followed by the entire arena losing their ****ing minds. Oh man, that was my mark out moment of the night.

I hope he gets that pop wherever they are next. Orlando is a TNA market so there might have been some old AJ marks from back in the day at this show.

If they don't have big title aspirations for him...I think he can play a part in the intercontinental or the US title hunt.

Triple H got almost no reaction? What? he got one of the best pops when his music hit.

I would link it but i'm pretty sure links to PPVs isn't allowed so...

I'm watching it now. The crowd went mild. They didn't care. They didn't care for his stare down with Roman, and then booed Roman when he speared Bray.

They then lit up when Bray and HHH stared down and fought. Also Roman's Superman punches were missing by a mile in the final stretch. HHH's biggest pop was tossing Roman.

Also Cole called Dean's fake rope run "Wacky Line" woof.

Not much of a reaction to HHH winning. Few boos when Dean got tossed. Couple cheers when he got the belt. Mostly just mild noise. They cut out really fast though. HHH's celebration was really short, there wasn't even a point to the WM sign. Guess they expected a worse reaction and ran or maybe they ran out of time.

HHH reaction was mild because the crowd knew it was coming.

Heck most betting sites had HHH as the favorite pre rumble.

Now that I think of it, I do have to **** on HHH a little.

Vs. Taker
Vs. Taker
Vs. Lesnar
Vs. Daniel Bryan (was supposed to be CM Punk I believe)
Vs. Sting
Vs. Reigns (main event)

For a guy wrestling part time, he sure as hell picks his match at WM. Granted he's losing most of those matches, he is just always "the guy" that has to put the other one over instead of a person wrestling full time.

Wish the Lesnar rivalry never happened or at least lost to Lesnar (so Lesnar could remain undefeated or what ever)

Was actually looking forward to HHH vs Rollins, maybe next year, if they don't go with the Shield Triple Threat

he and roman had confrontations 2 weeks in a row...and nothing in this match, total BS

Seth/HHH was slow burning for so long. It sucks we don't have that payoff. Same with Seth/Roman, its two years now waiting for the Shield to gets its full payoff.

As for the show. I did like it. The undercard was really good outside of the US Title botch fest and a crappy finish for the women (the match, not the Sasha part...that was awesome).

Rumble match itself had its ups(AJ, everything involving KO, Truth, Brock destroying, most everything involving Bray) and downs (Roman napping in the back, Brock's elimination being booked weird, the finish) but overall was better then the last two, but that isn't saying much. It ended in rather predictable fashion again, and in one of the two predicted finishes most people didn't want.

It set some stuff up. Roman/HHH for the title is a given now. Brock/Bray seems a given as well. They could still pull the eject button at Fastlane, but this seems locked in pretty tight.

Other stuff is muddled though. Mostly where the IC picture goes from here and is KO still in it? If not is he feuding with Styles? Sami (is he even staying up?). Answers will come, but the match itself teased a lot, but nothing concrete yet.

Women have a clear path. Guessing Nikki got bad news about her neck since they sent Sasha out there in what seems will be her coronation at WM (most likely over Charlotte).

US Title...who knows since they keep hot shotting it. Tag Titles seems to be more Usos/New Day and maybe we get our triangle ladder match at Mania if Sin Cara is healed up.

My biggest take away is this feels like a huge missed opportunity PPV. They had a good deal of suspense with the new stipulation. Rumors galore about the new incoming talent, and lots of guys who are over who seemed ready for a push.

Instead they seemed to go the safe and obvious route. Just seemed like a missed and wasted opportunity. I can't fault them for telling the HHH/Roman story as they are telling it for the most part correctly, but it doesn't need the belt, and it should't really IMO.

Easily could of told this HHH/Roman story at mania without the belt, and gave someone new the super push. Bray, KO, Dean, etc. Or went way of the wall and unveiled Bullet Club (most likely not everyone is signed and cleared yet). Could of changed the landscape or really started to make new stars and get fresh feuds going, and just doesn't seem that was done.

Good PPV as far as in the ring action. Disappointing for the long term and what the Road to Wrestlemania seems to look like.

Ya you are right. They were never in the ring together. Roman was napping in the back and didn't return until after Brock was long gone. They never had all their big stars in at once. They teased so many stare downs and potential feuds down the road, you think they would of tested Brock/Roman again to see if it still had heat. Especially with all the RAW build. The more I think about it the more Brock's booking in this match bugs me.

Also was it just me or did he seem a bit off? Seemed either a bit disinterested, or he just gassed quickly and isn't in top shape yet. Just didn't get the intensity from him that I normally see. He seemed bored (or gassed).

Also there was never a clear the ring spot. They did their confrontations while guys were selling on the mat for long periods of time. Jericho spent have the match napping. Was weird the ring almost always had about 5 guys in it except for the beginning and the end.
