They're definitely not as scary as they were s couple of weeks ago, who knows what the hell happened over there?
A couple of minutes probably.If we play Florida how long does it take Tkachuk to become as hated here as Marchand?
Not too confident I hope, we need to play much better than we did against TB. IMHO we won because Samsonov stole a couple of games for us. Nothing wrong with that but we can't count on that happening in every series either. Our skaters got outplayed by TB's skaters over the 6 games. I did NOT expect that at all and it's a little bit scary to think about. And our PP went from very impressive to sucking hard in a very big hurry, over the last few PP's we had, TB had better scoring chances we did and that is more than a little but scary to think about.
TB played so well. I thought they might but they were better than I imagined was possible. So happy we beat them, who knows, even if we go all the say, that might be the best team we play in these playoffs. But still, we need to be better, the good news is that we certainly can be better, especially on the PP.

It would be great to face the Bruins in round 2 and exorcise those demons but I'd rather have the Bruins punted in the 1st round because we have their 1st rd pick.
Also want the Bruins to lose for the LULs especially after a 135 point record breaking season.

Yes of course! I have to say that I'd completely forgotten about that. Many reasons IMO to root for the Panthers today and I will add that one to my list.

Off topic but I have a question.
I taped the game last night ( Rogers).
Watched half of it then went to bed.
Tried to watch the rest today and got a message.........not available for replay because it might have been deleted or lack resources.....something like that.
Reset the box twice.
It still shows up on my listed recordings and all my other recordings played.
This has happened before but usually eventually plays..
And this is the one game I wanted to keep, obviously.
Any ideas?

I think it’ll probably be on Thursday because I would assume the NHL wants the Leafs to have the Saturday night game.

I'm good with either opponent. If it's the Bruins, then it's a great opportunity to slay yet another dragon. If it's the Panthers, it'll still be a heck of a series and probably slightly more favorable for us than the Bruins.

Not sure why anyone's hung up about slaying the demon and playing Boston. Haven't we all complained every playoff it's either Boston or Tampa? We get through Tampa and now everyone wants.... Boston? lol. I am not as terrified of them so that's fine. But as noted if Florida wins tonight our 1st round pick of Boston's becomes 24 I believe?
Its not the same, but Dangle should have a full replay of the game (with his commentary) on YouTube.

Big thing with Bruins-Panthers going 7 is that even if Boston does win their air of invincibility is gone. I’m not saying they aren’t a great team but they’ve been made to look human when they were built up as Gods heading into the playoffs.
And regardless of who comes through, they’ll be plenty beat up and fatigued so hopefully we can take advantage of that.

I'd prefer the home ice advantage. I get it didn't matter last series, but I'd still prefer having it.
