Hank battled all night. Richards, Carcillo and Boyle I might forgive tonight. Some effort by them. The rest... nothing positive to say.

Being tired had nothing to do with loss. That would have been a valid excuse for Game 1.

They were just outplayed.

Record for consecutive failed power plays in the playoffs is 30. Should be child's play to nab that record.

I do not buy the excuse that the team is tired. It was just a really bad game. We had almost no offensive zone time and the first three powerplays were absolutely dreadful. We didn't make Fleury do anything at all.

I don't care that this team is tired. Why? They have another game tomorrow. If you want to take a breather play hard in the first two periods and get a lead and then play a little prevent which takes less out of you than constantly chasing. Instead they didn't even show in the 2nd period. How will they play tomorrow if they were tired today?

Yeah, they're the worst team that ever laced up a pair of hockey skates.

Really get tired of this place after a loss.

They really didn't play all that badly. Don't think I've ever seen such bad puck luck for an entire game. Every bounce went to Pittsburgh.

Don't get me started on the linesmen calling icing and offside. I don't think the Rangers can get a proper call when they come into the zone.

GO BACK TO WOOD STICKS!

They really did play that badly. Those weren't bounces going Pittsburgh's way, that was lazy, sloppy, uninspired hockey.

Is it really? Wow. We are knocking on that door.

Woof, that was ugly.

Hank was awesome, the Richards line was pretty good, Staal was good and so was the PK for the most part, other then that...

The 1st line just doesn't work and needs to be changed, ditto for the PP. I haven't seen enough from MSL to justify 2 top 60 picks and 2nd/3rd liner.

After looking like sloths today I'm really worried about where they'll find their energy for tomorrow

Dubinsky is certainly not a better layer than Stepan. That's ridiculous. And I love Dubi.

In these playoffs, Dubinsky was definitely playing better than Stepan, by a mile. Great offensive chances, being a pest, in Crosby's face all series.

Stepan is completely useless... That line is invisible out there we need to break it up...

I would take it a step further: Derek is not a very good hockey player. He gets on occasional streaks when paired with star players.

But he doesn't do jack **** when left to his own devices. No initiative.

Hank was only guy to show up.

Power play is worse than under torts.

Need to come out flying tomorrow night. Dont want to let them get up on us in the series.

Fleury was barely tested and we barely had any offensive zone time.

Who scores a goal first Nash or Crosby??

Would have loved 2 win, but we got the one and that's ok. One is better then none. Bring it home and we have to gut one out tomorrow night. It's gonna be tough and I don't see how they are going to be able to do it, but they HAVE to find a way.
