All top players have heavy coverage on them. You don't think teams try to shut down Crosby, Kane, Ovechkin, MacKinnon, etc.? Yet they all find ways to score.

Marner regular season is a world beater, and then he is just terrible in the playoffs.

On paper was one of the best teams we've assembled in a very long time. We looked like a perennial Stanley cup contender during the regular season. But now we look like an absolute joke.

It's gotten to the point where I'm literally ashamed to tell others I'm a Leafs fan.

We literally blew a 3-1 series lead to one of the worst teams ever to make the playoffs.

I applaud the effort from Dubas. He built a solid team. Its honestly not his fault.

Marner and Rielly have to go this off-season. No ifs or buts. They're trash.

This is what I don't understand.
Hyman/AM/Willie were dominant unless AM and Willie somehow hate each other and don't want be a line together, I really don't see why Keefe don't put them back together in Game 6 or even Game 5 when anyone can see AM and Marner are both struggling.
Marner needs to go, if BJs won't extend Jones or Sabres willing to trade Eichel. Make it done.
Then have Gallant as the coach and also a GM who can come in and fix the culture of the team.

I can forgive matthews this year because he has been our best playoff performer for every year except 1st boston.

Marner.....cant forgive. He has been awful in every playoff. Every single one.

Nope, both can duck right off. Matthews has been just as bad as Marner this series. he needed 1 more goal in any other game and we win this series, he’s been so bad it’s actually an insult to compare kucherov Marchand Mackinnon point and co to him. He’s a regular season franchise player, and an extra when the chips are down.

Nylander has 1 good playoffs so far. He ain’t any better then those guys. He’s still not showing up in game 7
