I can't believe this has to be said but let's hope they "show up on time". Could you imagine having to tell a bunch of professional athletes they need to show up on time for a deciding Game 7 yet here we are. At the end of the day we're supposed to be better than this Canadiens team even with the injuries there are no excuses. Show up from the first horn to the last for once in these playoffs and start giving a crap.

Look at avs, bruins, lightning etc top lines. They are monsters every game. They're the engines.

If they come out and produce we will win, if our top players don't produce or the pp can't notch one or two we likely lose.

I've already convinced myself that they are losing tonight so I'll be pleasantly surprised if they win. I bet $250 on the Habs to win this one and I would be so happy if I lost that $250.

usually the team is at its worst when they're afraid of making mistakes. Game 1, 5, and 6 were their worst games and I wouldn't be surprised if they're still more afraid to screw up and lose than focused on winning

I will not be watching this game tonight. They don't deserve it. I have watched the leafs for 25 years and I am tired of the hope, the buildup and the desire that they sell us, just to fall on their face.

I will no longer be buying hats, jerseys, etc until this team can prove to me that they are worthy of my money and will actually ice a team worthy of all of our passion and earnings.

I'm actually hurt more now, then after the game 7 loss to Boston. This was our best shot at winning the cup and will be the best shot we have at winning the cup in the following years. I'm done getting my hopes up for this team and completely done defending this team because everything that is said about Toronto is becoming true.

This is a reasonable take, but for me at this point, **** being reasonable.

They own care when it’s far too late and they know the game is over. They have to give a shit at the puck drop and the start of the playoffs. Season, actually.

It's not unreasonable to be critical of the team for not showing up for the first 40 minutes of game 6 given their history. And it's certainly not unreasonable to expect your star players earning nearly 22M combined to produce more than 1 combined goal against the worst team in the playoffs. These are both very reasonable positions to take as a matter of fact.

Yea, the power play is probably the biggest reason this wasn't an easy series. +2 through 21 opportunities is brutal. Those 2 also came in a 5-1 win and just insurance. So far the only impact of the power play this series is losing game 1 and killing momentum. It's almost like the power play was a massive liability for months and nothing was done to address it.

Random lottery, I don't know how they divided the tickets among hospitals but my guess would be that preference was given to the higher capacity hospitals in the GTA.
